Operations Operator

Wage: $23.00-$26.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working with small parts and using basic inspection tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or medical device experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small components.
• Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gage pins preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom manufacturing environment.
