Position: Operations Personnel

Days & Hours (30 hours per week) Monday through Friday: 8:00-5:00 PM

Job Description:

The Custodial Operations Personnel plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ln2Great! Pediatric Therapy. Their primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, organization, and tidiness throughout the clinic. This involves keeping all areas stocked with necessary supplies, ensuring equipment is in good working condition, and maintaining overall cleanliness.

In addition to facility management tasks, the Operations Personnel will support clinicians by being readily available to assist them when needed. This position will help to streamline operations by implementing and maintaining orderly processes, ensuring that operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is essential for creating a welcoming and functional environment for staff, clients and families, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the clinic.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Upkeep of each room to ensure it is organized and tidytoys back in the appropriate place
• Vacuum if needed
• Organization of toys and games
• Checking for any safety hazards
• Return any items to the appropriate storage location that do not belong in any given room
• Utilize Word doc labeled "checklist by room" to ensure everything is stocked
• Clinic waiting room area
  • Keep tidy and organized throughout every day
  • Clean waiting room as needed
  • Vacuum, clean windows, wipe down surfaces,
• Refer to the "daily tasks list" on Admin/purchase desk
• Sanitization
  
  • Sanitize clinic play structures
• Monday and Wednesdays
  • Notify admin purchases when any items are running low
• Games Closet
  • Ensure all games are picked up and returned to the proper location
  • Check cleanliness of game (clean and sanitized)
  • Check that all pieces to games to ensure everything is accounted for
• Supplies
  
  • Fill all supplies
  • Art room and cafeteria/lounge
    
• Packages and deliveries
• Bringing all packages received and deliver to the appropriate person

• Check the clinic every morning by performing a full clinic walk-through prior to leaving for the night to ensure that everything in place for the working day
• Check sanitation stations daily to ensure they are appropriately stocked
• Duties as assigned by Chief Operations Officer
