The Tamheer Operations Trainee will support the Operations team in daily business activities while gaining practical experience through the Tamheer program. The trainee will assist with operational coordination, reporting, documentation, and communication with internal departments to ensure efficient business operations and develop professional skills in operations and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor store and warehouse operations and report any issues to the Operations team.
- Assist in coordinating with Quality Control, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments to support daily operations.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and KPI tracking.
- Follow up on pending operational tasks and support issue escalation when required.
- Assist in facilitating communication between field teams and management.
- Support the implementation of operational procedures and process improvements.
- Help maintain operational documentation and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling, manpower coordination, and other administrative tasks.
- Participate in operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program through the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate with no or limited professional work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
