OPERATIONS/ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

A food processing campany seeking candidates for this vacant position

Drive the board’s vision for the business

Plan, direct and coordinates of the factory

Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.

Ensuring that factory and in turn products maintain the industry quality standard.

Develop and implement specific short-term and long –term plans for the factory, together with supporting budgets (cost and estimates), for the accomplishment of objectives established.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution

Strong business acumen i.e. financial and commercial knowledge, as , minimum 5years experience within the food/agriculture manufacturing sector.

In-depth understanding of trends,. Challenges, opportunities, regulation relating to the food/agriculture sector

Strong and proven strategic orientation, leadership and mentoring skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
