Centro di contatto specializzato nel settore energetico e nella gestione utenze domestiche ricerca una figura per il proprio team di assistenza clienti.
La risorsa gestirà le richieste in entrata via telefono e email, fornendo informazioni su contratti e bollette, e si occuperà della registrazione delle segnalazioni tecniche all'interno del gestionale aziendale. Affiancherà inoltre i clienti nella risoluzione delle prime criticità, coordinandosi con gli uffici competenti per le pratiche più complesse.
Requisiti:
* diploma di scuola superiore
* ottime capacità comunicative e attitudine all'ascolto
* orientamento al cliente e gestione dello stress
* familiarità con strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office
* inserimento immediato
Offerta e benefit:
* contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato
* retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.400-1.600 €
* orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì
