About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Opportunity Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will support daily operations across theNetherlandsand Belgium/Luxembourg. The role requires frequent switching between tasks, handling both operational processing and customercommunication (phone and email), whilemaintaininga high levelof accuracy in afast-pacedenvironment.
Key responsibilities:
Process daily pump and sensor orders,warranty forms and WeCare registrations
Handle phone-based communicationmainly withpeople with diabetes,wholesalersandhealthcare providers
Collaborateinternally with teamssuch as Sales, Marketing,CustomerService,and Product Support.
Ensuretimelyandaccuratehandling of incoming requests
Activelymonitorand follow up on open opportunitiesto ensure sales progression
Ensurea high levelof service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions
Profile we are looking for:
Proactive and able to take ownership
Comfortable in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

Able to switch quickly and easily between tasks and priorities
Structured and solution-oriented
Able tocombine daily operations with customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience
Strong oral and written skills inDutch and English; French is a plus
Strong communicationskills, especially over the phone, with the ability todemonstrateempathy when interacting with customers
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
Team-oriented attitude with openness and collaborative spirit
Comfortable working in an operational, detail-oriented environment with a significant amount of manual tasks
Working Model:
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, with two days per week in the Heerlen office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to support collaboration and team connection.
An assessment will be part of the recruitment process.
