About the Role
As an M&S Opticians Optometrist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities

- Be commercially aware and provide recommendations based on our customers’ needs and lifestyle
- Support the team’s development through ongoing supervision and training

- Assist the store manager in shaping and growing the business
- Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards
