Should have around 5 years of relevant Oracle Apps technical experience on R12 (experience on 11i platform is added advantage)

2 Good techno-functional knowledge on Oracle Applications (Release 12i) - AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and iProcurement modules

3 Good written and oral communication skills

4 Well versed in tools like PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Interfaces

5 Basic understanding of end-to-end business flow in Oracle Applications and ability to deliver solution as per business requirements

6 Experience on providing multi-country, multi-OU support to clients

7 Ability to translate business requirements into workable standard or custom solutions

8 Experience on preparing test scripts, training manuals, functional specification document etc as per AIM methodology

9 Experience on creating Oracle SR's for code-fix, data-fix, standard functionality bugs or issues and tracking them to closure

10 Prior experience on using incident management tool and familiarity with ticket status like User Wait, Testing etc
