Need GC and USC

Top 3 Skills:

1) Oracle Exalogics administration experience (not the same as an oracle dba)

2) Experience with Oracle VM (OVM) and deploying Windows and Oracle Enterprise Linux virtual servers

3) Soft skills mentioned are: multitasker, someone who can lay out a plan with milestones, and someone who get build relationships and get along with the Dev team and Ops teams are a must
