We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) & OTBI Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by working closely with business stakeholders and translating reporting requirements into scalable insights using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (formerly FAW) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality reporting and analytics solutions using FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) and OTBI.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into actionable dashboards and reports.

  • Build data pipelines and reporting solutions across functional domains such as HCM, ERP, and CRM, integrating data from both Oracle and non-Oracle sources.

  • Customize FDI and OTBI to enable seamless integration with external systems and on-premises applications.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity by applying best practices in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.

Primary Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials standard reports.

  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) tools is a plus.

Certification:

  • Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Certified Implementation Professional is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle applications reporting and analytics, with hands-on expertise in FDI (FAW) and OTBI.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
