Are you an Oral Health Therapist looking to join a supportive, well-established practice where you can truly thrive? Channon Lawrence Dental and our sister practice, Gympie Southside Dental are excited to welcome a passionate OHT to our close-knit team to operate 4-5days per week.
Offering an attractive hourly rate and travel allowance.

About the Practice
For over 60 years, Channon Lawrence Dental has been a trusted name in Gympie. Our modern, 6-chair clinic combines a loyal patient base with cutting-edge technology, just 1 hour from the Sunshine Coast and 2 hours from Brisbane. We operate Monday to Friday offering great work-life balance and a welcoming, growth-focused team culture.
Our clinic is equipped with the latest tech:
- PrimeScan, OPG, PSP, CBCT
- CEREC computer & milling unit
- Nobel Biocare implant system
- Diode laser and amalgam filter
- Anaesthesia/sedation days every Monday and Wednesday
- Clinicians are always open to discussions about cases when needed.
- Access to our Clinician Development Program, offering extensive learning resources in various formats to support your ongoing professional growth.
- Deliver high-quality dental care to patients.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
- Perform routine cleanings and other dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
- Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works.
- Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).
- Ability to work within Australia.
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Adult scope preferred
