Order and Shipment Coordinator

The role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Order & Shipment Coordinator ensures that every order leaving our facility is accurate, complete and on time. You'll be a key link between the warehouse, the commercial team and our logistics partners, keeping the supply chain running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Quality-check outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness before dispatch;
• Prepare and load daily orders using warehouse equipment (electric pallet trucks, electric and gas forklifts);
• Manage inventory and run regular stock counts;
• Organise and store goods according to internal procedures and cold-chain standards;
• Apply health & safety regulations rigorously;
• Work closely with other departments to keep the supply chain seamless-

Requirements

What you bring
Essential

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment;
• Confidence operating warehouse equipment (forklift licence is a plus);
• Physical fitness suitable for manual handling tasks;
• Reliability, accountability, professionalism and a strong team spirit;
• Basic computer skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fresh produce / cold-chain logistics;
• Familiarity with WMS or order-management systems.
