Order Execution Specialist

Job Summary

The Order Execution Specialist is responsible for managing the complete customer order lifecycle, ensuring efficient and accurate processing from order entry through delivery, while maintaining consistent communication with internal departments and customers.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and process customer orders in the ERP system, verifying the accuracy of order information (quantities, pricing, and delivery terms).
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
* Monitor order status, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
* Proactively communicate with customers to provide order updates, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
* Prepare and generate order-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
* Maintain accurate records of all orders and customer correspondence.
* Collaborate on the continuous improvement of order execution processes.
* Support the resolution of product complaints or returns related to customer orders.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order coordination, or logistics roles, preferably within the industrial sector.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a high sense of accountability.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
