ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Orders Coordinator to join our After Sales Operations team and support the seamless execution of our order fulfillment and supply chain processes. As part of this role, you will coordinate purchasing, inventory management, and product deliveries while working closely with Sales, Product Design, suppliers, and warehouse teams. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculating the quantities of materials required for projects.
- Monitoring stock levels of warehouse products and ensuring optimal inventory availability.
- Collaborating with Sales and Product Design teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
- Preparing and coordinating purchase orders with suppliers.
- Planning and coordinating product deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in a fast-paced business environment within logistics, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain planning and coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian language 0(minimum B2/C1 level).
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, analytical thinking, and good time management and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly with a proactive and “can-do” attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of construction technical documentation would be considered a strong advantage.
