The heart of the role

• Lead and monitor the Accounts Payable team’s deliverables
• Support your team members and provide technical guidance
• Take part in the maintenance of Accounts Payable processes and procedures
• Resolve supplier queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable entries by team members
• Act as the first point of contact in terms of audit requests relating to Accounts Payable processes
• Perform monthly reconciliations, AP account justifications, and other MEC activities
• Assist in the implementation of process upgrades to improve efficiency
• Support team members to achieve a positive work environment

What makes you beat

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related area
• 1-2+ years of proven knowledge in Accounting, preferably in an international environment
• Proven team-leading experience
• Good Excel skills and proficiency with SAP would be an advantage
• Proficient in the English language
• German language is a bonus
