We are looking to fill a position for Desktop Support in Orlando FL.

Qualifications

The Infrastructure Services Team requires a technical resource to provide dedicated Tier 2 support for our Laptop Refresh project.

·The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows 10 laptop provisioning workflows, Windows application setup and configuration, setup and troubleshooting of computer peripherals, and provides excellent customer service.
