πŸŒ‡ Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Duties

  • Lead & Develop Your Team – Mentor, support, and inspire your team of Educators
    Β 
  • Deliver Outstanding Programs – Plan and deliver engaging, child-led, and age appropriate activities
    Β 
  • Build Strong Community Connections – Develop trusted relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider MACSEYE team.
    Β 
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain high standards across programming, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep your service running smoothly.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) - Completed or In Progress
  • Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Australian work rights
