OTS Preconstruction Project Manager (Remote)

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and oversee OTS EPC projects during the pre-construction phase, including scope,schedule, and budget during pre-construction phase.

• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker

• Act asmainPOC to EPC Pre-Con on all incoming projects.

• Attend all BD to Pre-Con handoffcalls

• Confirminitial project budgets and communicate with stakeholders.

• Identifyand manage cost changesduringpre-construction phase.

• Generatejob start forms/settingprojects upinCMiC.

• Collaboratewith design team in kicking off designin the constraints of projectschedules

• Collaborate with procurement teams to draft project Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Managetheexecution ofvendor subcontractsconsideringproject schedule constraints.

• Collaborate with EPC Pre-Con in processing SOLV-to-SOLV Agreements

• Track and review SOW exhibits.

• Work withManager, OTS ProjectDevelopmentandother Managers toassignappropriateprojectresources.

• Review and update project schedules

• Participatein financial/month end reportingfor projects duringpre-constructionphase.

• Set up and host thorough project handoffsfrom OTS Pre-Con to OTS PMs

• Collaborate with EPC teams to process and import fullproject budgets intoCMiC

• Support a culture of continuous improvement and look for opportunities to improve processes andefficiency.

• Successfulproject set-up andhand offto project execution teams.

• Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Deliveringprofessional work products with accuracy, integrity, and excellence.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years project management experience preferred but notrequired, proven experience managing multiple projects within multidisciplinary teamsrequired.

• Minimum of2years of PV solar industry experience (industrial or utility scale experience desired).

• General knowledge of SCADA and/or OT system design, setup,commissioningand support (desired but notrequired).

• Experience with basic renewable generation monitoring functions and designs.

• Customer escalation and conflict resolution skillsdesirable.

• Resource planning and mitigation management.

• Cost budget management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding diagrams and schematics including but not limited to, powersystem, networking and control, electrical,mechanicaland civil layouts.

• Experience working with schedule software including but not limited to Oracle P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

• Proficient use of Microsoft office tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook,Sharepoint, Power BI.

• Experience using task management toolsisa plus.

Compensation Range:

$110,448.00 - 138,060.00
