Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Make OUTBOUND -high volume of calls to individuals notifying them of past due payments
Provide customer service on collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies
Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
Provide excellent & considerate customer service to clients and debtors
Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Outsourcing Department

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Goal oriented and committed to excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Experience with customer service
Experience with accounts receivables, an asset
French or Spanish, an asset
