Position Title: Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Assistant (Appointment Setter)

Reports To: Sales Manager / Recruitment Lead

Work Hours: 10–15 hours daily (EST)

Location: Remote

Role Overview

The Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Assistant will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through online research and outbound cold calling. The primary objective is to schedule qualified appointments with HR departments, clinic owners, and other decision-makers. This role does not involve closing sales or providing customer support; success is measured by the number of calls made and appointments booked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research businesses online to identify potential leads and decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to HR departments, clinic owners, and other target contacts.
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and appointment setting.
  • Uphold professionalism and represent the company positively during all interactions.

🎯 Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of appointment setting or similar role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional phone presence.
  • Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (required).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling high call volumes daily.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
