The Outreach Project Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact within the Tulsa community and abroad. As the Assistant Director of Outreach, you will collaborate with the Director of Outreach to develop and implement strategic initiatives that foster engagement and build strong relationships with our local partners as well as developing new opportunities to love on all of God’s people, in all seasons of life.
Your Day-to-Day
Every day looks different, buthere’sa snapshot of whatyou’llbe up to:
- Assistwith the communication andmaintainingofhealthy relationships with both our local partners ofBattleCreekpartners to serve the Tulsa community
- Assist the Director of Outreach in the planning and execution of internalmissionstrips. Up to 30%travelrequired
- Assistin the processing of benevolence applications and requests
- Manage all aspects of the CarePortal outreach to meet the needs of the Tulsa community.
- Communicate with, train, and equip our CarePortal teams (response teams, volunteers, campus leaders)
- Assistsour Connections Ministers at their campuses, posting a need on CarePortal, partnering for events, and helpingidentifylocal outreach partners.
- Perform other church duties as assigned by Director of Outreach to help all people of all ages all the time advance in their journey with Christ

- Education & Experience:Weare looking forsomeone withaBachelor’s Degree(but it is notrequired). Experience working in the non-profit sector, specifically in missions andoutreachis a plus.
- Skills & Strengths:We are looking for someone who:

- Hasstrong attention to detail and organization skills
- Has strongcomputer skills witha proficiencyin MicrosoftOffice365
- Enjoysbuilding relationships and havea high levelof customer service
- Hasexcellent time managementskills
- Takes ownership of their own development
- Communicatesand listenswell
- Bilingual is a plus
- Has the ability to travel both domestically and internationally isrequired, up to 30% travel
- Has the ability to navigate working with teamsfrom various countries and cultures
