Pack Team Lead (1st shift)

Job Description:

As a Pack Team Lead at Gotion Illinois, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team responsible for the production of battery packs within our battery factory. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating your team to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe production operations. This position requires strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills to maintain excellence in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production personnel responsible for the assembly of battery packs.
• Production Oversight: Ensure that production processes are executed in accordance with quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet production targets.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures and inspect finished products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead the team in implementing improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, reports, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes.
• Safety Leadership: Ensure that all safety procedures and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a production leadership role, preferably in battery pack assembly.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to quality and a track record of driving process improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

• This is a 1st shift position. 1st shift is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.
