Packaging Machine Technical Operator

The Packaging Machine Technical Operator operates, monitors, and maintains packaging equipment including sachet (universal packaging machine or Shubham packaging machine), labelling machine, wrapping machine, case-taping machine, coding machine, and related machines safely and efficiently to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain process equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
• Carry out autonomous maintenance on process equipment.
• Identify minor machine faults and take corrective action where applicable.
• Escalate complex mechanical or operational issues to the appropriate maintenance or engineering team.
• Comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures always.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry
• or a related field.
