Paid ad design (Freelance) is the primary focus of this role.We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience creating high-quality, performance-focused assets for platforms like Meta You’ll also supportlanding page and social media designwhen needed, but strong paid advertising experience is the key requirement.

What You’ll Do

• Design compellingpaid ad creativesacross different platforms and formats.

• Create creative variations for testing and optimization.

• Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.

• Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.

• Supportlanding page and social media designwhen needed.

• Proven experience designingpaid advertising creativesthis is a must.

• Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.

• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.

• Proficiency inFigma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.

• Motion/video design experience is a plus.
