The Role
As a Paid Media Consultant at Vervaunt, you will own the day-to-day delivery of paid media campaigns across your accounts. You will be the person clients rely on: the one who understands their goals, communicates with clarity and confidence, and drives the kind of outcomes that build long-term relationships.

What you will be doing
Client-centred
Leading client calls and owning the relationship day to day, managing expectations and building confidence through clear, thoughtful communication
Delivering monthly and quarterly performance reviews, articulating results in a way that is clear and compelling
Sending daily performance updates and weekly highlights to clients, keeping them informed and engaged
Owning call agendas and follow-up notes, delegating actions where appropriate and tracking delivery through to completion
Producing weekly reports by 2pm, focused on key takeaways and actionable next steps
Managing and monitoring account pacing and daily optimisations, communicating changes and trends alongside strategic recommendations
Ensuring all new campaigns are activated on time, to brief, and with thorough quality assurance
Leading the test and learn approach across your accounts and sharing performance learnings with the team and clients
Owning daily optimisations and providing feedback and guidance to junior team members on their suggestions
Commercially Savvy
Recording time accurately across client accounts and flagging overservicing risks to Account Directors proactively
Building a strong understanding of forecasting, including the impact of seasonality, CPC movement, market inflation, and cross-channel effects
Developing your understanding of how the agency operates commercially and how your work connects to account profitability
Driven by curiosity
Staying up to date with industry news, platforms, and trends, and actively sharing knowledge across the team and wider agency
Demonstrating a strong understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and metrics including CAC
Attending training sessions, webinars, and industry events to deepen your expertise
Taking ownership of your career development, coming to line manager conversations with ideas, questions, and direction
Team-centred
Actively contributing to quality assurance across your accounts and others in your pod
Mentoring junior team members as they settle into Vervaunt, sharing knowledge and creating space for them to grow
Bringing new ideas to team meetings and contributing positively to agency culture
Pitching in during peak periods to help the team meet client expectations
What we are looking for
Solid hands-on experience in paid media, with demonstrable ownership of campaign delivery and client management
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with experience leading client calls and presenting performance
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to go beyond the numbers and understand what is driving performance
Organised and accountable, with good instincts around prioritisation and managing multiple accounts
Collaborative team player who takes the culture of the agency seriously and invests in the people around them
Familiarity with tools including paid search, paid social, and attribution platforms
Why Vervaunt
Work on accounts that matter, with clients who are genuinely invested in performance
A team that is serious about craft and equally serious about supporting each other
Real ownership from day one, not a role where you are waiting for permission to contribute
Clear progression pathways and a management team that actively invests in your development
An agency culture built on curiosity, honesty, and doing excellent work
