Paintless Dent Repair Technician - Fresno

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician at our Service Center: 5074 E Anderson Ave Fresno, CA 93727

As a PDR Technician, you'll be expected to have proficiency accessing panels, skills utilizing glue-pulling techniques and repairing small to medium sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

The starting rate of pay is $32.80 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek.

• Monday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:00am-4:00pm
• Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Perform paintless dent repair services on vehicles as needed, typically minor dents and digs.
• Complete minor cosmetic repairs (remove paint transfer, reattached misaligned plastic parts, etc).
• Follow proper operating rules, procedures and standardized work initiatives as assigned
• Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PDR work
• Experience in cosmetic auto repair (buffing, touch-up, plastic repair, etc) is not required, but is a plus.
• Must possess all PDR tools needed to complete PDR work (hail tools not required)
• Must be able to withstand moderate physical activity and tasks required dexterity (i.e. lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, squatting, long period of walking and standing)
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
