We are looking for an experienced PALS Specialist (Parts and Labor Sales) for our fast paced Raging Bull Harley-Davidson Location!!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.
- Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements
- Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed
Requirements:
- Two years experience in dealership position
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- Great customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Active-listening and strong communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
- Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
