We are growing and looking for an experienced Panel Builder / Machine Wiring Technician to join our team.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Experience building and wiring industrial control panels
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
• Experience with machine wiring and equipment installation
• Knowledge of control wiring, PLC I/O, relays, motor starters, and VFDs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and pride in keeping work areas clean and efficient
• A valid driver's license and insurability
• Willingness to learn, grow, and mentor others as opportunities arise

What You'll Do:

• Assemble and wire custom industrial control panels
• Install and terminate electrical components, devices, and control systems
• Wire industrial equipment and machinery according to engineering drawings
• Perform quality checks and testing of completed panels and systems
• Troubleshoot wiring and control issues during assembly and startup
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field electricians to ensure successful project completion
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
