Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support a busy legal practice. This is a full-time, dedicated role based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work directly with attorneys and staff, providing high-quality legal support across a range of tasks including medical record summarization, document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and related documentation

• Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and file management

• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and third parties to gather information

• Track deadlines and manage calendars to ensure timely filing and follow-up

• Perform general administrative and paralegal support as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience with medical record review and summarization is highly preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Familiarity with legal document management and case management software

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
