We're looking for a Rapid eLearning Developer who can join our client in Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas, Pasig City!

Key Responsibilities

• Convert existing content into engaging and structured eLearning modules using tools like Storyline and Rise

• Build simple, effective interactivity (e.g., quizzes, tabs, click-and-reveal)

• Collaborate with SMEs and L&D teams to develop learning materials

• Design clean, visually appealing, and on-brand course templates

• Source and edit basic multimedia elements (images, audio, video)

• Upload and publish courses to LMS platforms using SCORM/xAPI

• Conduct QA testing to ensure courses function properly and track correctly

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience in eLearning development or digital content creation

• Hands-on experience with multiple LMS

• Strong ability to deliver outputs quickly and independently

• Experience working with stakeholders or cross-functional teams

• Good eye for layout, structure, and visual presentation

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise

• Experience with Canva, Vyond, or similar multimedia tools

• Exposure to Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

• Background in corporate, retail, or clinical learning environments
