This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a busy, collaborative in-house legal team, working on a varied portfolio of commercial lettings and property matters with real responsibility from day one.

💼 What we're looking for:
✔ Previous commercial property paralegal experience
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial lettings and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
✔ Confident drafting and reviewing legal documentation
✔ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
✔ A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently

🏢 What you'll be doing:
✔ Managing commercial letting transactions from start to finish
✔ Drafting, reviewing and completing commercial tenancy agreements
✔ Preparing Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 contracting out documentation
✔ Working closely with colleagues across the business, external lawyers and customers
✔ Supporting the legal team with property law advice and day-to-day legal matters
