Job Summary

Salary:

$15.00 Hourly

The Park Attendant is responsible for supporting the daily operation, cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall maintenance of the park. The primary responsibilities of this position are maintaining park grounds and facilities, performing routine cleaning and general maintenance duties, and ensuring that public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for visitors.

The Park Attendant also serves as a representative of the park and is expected to provide courteous customer service, respond appropriately to visitor questions and concerns, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma desired. Ability to read, write and follow instructions. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, often under hot and humid environmental conditions. May be required to work on weekends and holidays.

THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:

• Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
• Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
• Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
• Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
