Kapolei Counseling Center is proud to be an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) location, offering up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP). This incredible opportunity allows mental and behavioral health clinicians to receive student loan assistance while earning a competitive salary—all while making a meaningful impact in urban, rural, and tribal communities with limited access to care.

Licensed Couples Clinical Therapist – Role & Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Couples Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will:
✅Provide couples counseling
integrating evidence-based approaches.

✅ Asses and address relationship issues, communication problems, asses unhealthy dynamics and teach through psychoeducation.
✅ Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of the couple.
✅ Provide guidance and support to clients seeking to improve their relationships.
✅ Maintain a clinical caseload of 12 minimum clients/week via HIPAA-compliant telehealth or in-person sessions
✅ Engage in routine supervision, peer reviews, and case consultations.

📍 Located in Kapolei, serving clients statewide! Whether you prefer in-person therapy at our office or remote work, you’ll have the flexibility to reach and support clients across Hawai‘i.

🔹Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of Hawai‘i (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.).

🔹Candidates must have a certification towards a modality that specializes with couple (i.e. Gottman Level 1 Certification)
