Part-Time Membership Advisor

THE GIG:

We're looking for a confident, people-focused Membership Advisor who is ready to help turn first visits into lasting memberships at DivaDance McKinney/Allen/Plano!

As a Membership Advisor, you'll be one of the first connections new clients make with our community. You'll welcome guests, learn about their goals and what brought them to DivaDance, and confidently recommend the membership, trial, or next step that fits them best.

But the conversation doesn't stop after their first class. You'll help guests book their next visit, follow up with leads and trial clients, check in with new members, and build the personal connections that help people become part of our community.

During class shifts, you'll also support the client experience through check-in, answering questions, studio operations, and capturing simple social media content during designated moments.

The ideal candidate is curious, positive, coachable, dependable, and comfortable working toward measurable membership goals. You should enjoy meeting new people, helping people make decisions, following through, and creating genuine relationships.

Sales, membership, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Welcome first-time clients and learn their goals, motivations, and what they're looking for from DivaDance.
• Confidently discuss membership options and recommend the best next step for each client.
• Help first-time guests book their next class before they leave.
• Follow up with leads, trial clients, and new members to keep them engaged and help them build a consistent routine.
• Build relationships by introducing new clients to instructors and members and helping them feel connected to the community.
• Maintain clear client notes so follow-up conversations remain personal and connected.
• Support check-in, guest questions, studio readiness, and overall class flow.
• Capture required social media content during designated moments.

HOURS, COMPENSATION & LOCATION:

Membership Advisors must be available to work a minimum of two class shifts per week, primarily during evenings and weekends. Back-to-back classes count as two shifts.

This is a working shift, meaning Membership Advisors are focused on the client experience, membership conversations, and studio responsibilities and do not participate in class while working.

Classes are held at our DivaDance studio in Allen, TX, and applicants should have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation includes:

• $20 per working class
• Individual sales commission
