We are currently looking for an exceptional recruiter to join our central team as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe.
Your primary responsibility will be to successfully execute talent searches and deliver exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers across Europe. Operating with a consultative, start-up approach within our agile, outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company, you will help drive our mission of bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking, and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem.
As a part-time recruiter, you will partner closely with leadership to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. We are dedicated to sourcing and hiring top market talent, specifically leveraging your experience in recruiting for Digital Marketing roles, ensuring that every individual interacting with our recruitment process feels valued, supported, and respected.
A Typical Day:
Work closely with hiring managers across Europeto take job briefs, understand exactly what they need, and guide them smoothly through the hiring process.
Create engaging job advertisements and manage postings across LinkedIn, European portals, and regional job boards to attract top talent.
Review direct applications, conduct initial screening calls for a variety of digital marketing roles.
Manage our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all candidate profiles are accurately updated and recruitment data is tracked efficiently
Handle all interview scheduling, calendar management, and logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
Coordinate essential right-to-work documentation and manage the complete offer process right through to a successful hire.
Handle the closing stage by putting together competitive offers, presenting them to final candidates, and managing negotiations to get them on board.
Your Expertise:
5 + years full cycle recruiting experience is required.
Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment cycles, efficiently balancing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
Deep understanding of the digital landscape, with a strong background in sourcing and evaluating talent
Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills and a solutions orientation.
Confident to own and manage process independently

You will be employed by Konecta Group or our local 3rd party employment partner who will be responsible for all aspects related to the employment contract and relationship. You will be part of an amazing team tasked to drive the digital strategy and transformation for Coca-Cola, covering aspects such as digital marketing & operations, digital commerce, social listening, publishing, data & programmatic, digital experiences and innovation.
