Partner Acquisition Specialist (BBS832)
AI Summary
Executes high-volume, multi-channel partner acquisition outreach for a B2B health infrastructure company, qualifying prospects and managing pipeline in a CRM.
About this role
We're looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist to own high-volume partner acquisition outreach for a fast-growing B2B health infrastructure company building a channel partner program from the ground up. You will identify and qualify prospective partners, run outreach across LinkedIn, email, and web forms, manage outreach cadences, and hand off booked meetings to the Partner Account Manager team.
This is primarily a digital outreach role. Phone calls are not part of the initial scope, but the ideal candidate is comfortable taking calls when needed and has the communication skills to represent the company professionally in a live conversation as the role evolves. The company uses AI-assisted message generation as a starting point, but you are expected to apply judgment on relevance and tone before sending. Your job is to execute a high-volume, metrics-driven outreach motion accurately and consistently every day. The target is 100 to 150 outreach touches per day with a benchmark appointment-set rate of approximately 4 percent. If you are reliable, organized, and motivated by a numbers-driven role with clear metrics, this role is a strong fit.
Why You'll Want to Join
- You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
- Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This role requires availability with coverage between 8 AM and 2 PM US Eastern Time daily
- Join a scaled B2B health infrastructure company serving 700,000 or more patients per month across hundreds of virtual care brands
- Clear, structured role with defined metrics and real room to grow into partner relationship management over time
What You'll Work On
Prospect Identification and Qualification
- Find and qualify prospective partners across the company's channel verticals using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and custom partner identification tooling
- Check that prospects' LinkedIn employment is current before reaching out to avoid burning touches on stale contacts
- Build and maintain a clean, qualified prospect list across all active outreach campaigns
High-Volume Multi-Channel Outreach
- Run outreach across multiple LinkedIn accounts, email, and web form submissions targeting 100 to 150 outreach touches per day
- Build and maintain outreach cadences and sequences using AI-assisted message generation as a starting point, applying judgment on relevance and tone before sending
- Conduct all LinkedIn prospecting manually; this cannot be automated and requires consistent hands-on execution
CRM Management and Handoff
- Log every outreach touch across LinkedIn, email, and all other channels in Salesforce or HubSpot so pipeline data is accurate and trustworthy
- When a prospect agrees to a meeting, create the opportunity in the CRM and hand off cleanly to the Partner Account Manager with full context
- Treat the CRM as the system of record, not a personal tracker
Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Keep your own activity and appointment-rate numbers current in the internal reporting dashboard
- Report on daily and weekly outreach volume, response rates, and appointments set consistently
- Flag any issues, blockers, or pattern changes to the team proactively
What You Bring
- Prior experience in outbound sales development, ideally in a B2B environment and ideally at high volume with multi-channel cadences and LinkedIn-based prospecting
- Comfortable working a high-volume, metrics-driven role where consistent daily execution is the job
- Strong written English communication skills with the ability to apply judgment on message relevance and tone rather than sending AI-generated copy verbatim
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM for pipeline logging and handoff
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
- Comfortable and confident on calls when needed, even if phone work is not part of the initial scope
- Available to work with consistent coverage between 8 AM and 2 PM US Eastern Time daily
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or B2B health technology
- Background running outreach across multiple LinkedIn accounts simultaneously
- Confident phone presence for eventual growth into partner relationship conversations with C-level contacts
- Experience using custom prospecting or partner identification tooling
How to Apply
Please include:
- Your updated resume
- A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your outbound sales development experience, and explaining how you manage a high-volume outreach cadence while maintaining quality and accurate CRM records
Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
If you are reliable, metrics-driven, and can execute a high-volume partner outreach motion consistently every day without needing to be managed closely, this role gives you the structure, the system, and the direct impact to do your best work.
