About this role
We are looking for a Partnership Specialist with a proven track record in digital marketing. You will report directly to the Senior Partnerships & Affiliates Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work with key stakeholders to deliver specific ad hoc and project work that supports the Partnerships strategy and wider business objectives.
Contribute to channel growth targets while managing marketing costs and ensuring strong commercial returns.
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, supporting the development of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Identify and activate new and relevant partners to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Support the FARFETCH annual promotional calendar by coordinating partnership activity across key commercial moments and campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to plan, launch, and optimise partnership campaigns and initiatives.
Work closely with our affiliate network to grow the Partnerships channel, maximise opportunities, and manage the day-to-day relationship to ensure strong collaboration and performance
Monitor and analyse partner and campaign performance, maintaining regular reporting and sharing actionable insights with the team.
Identify opportunities to improve partner performance, test new opportunities, and optimise the existing partnership portfolio.
Support commercial discussions and negotiations with partners, ensuring activity is aligned with FARFETCH’s business priorities and partnership objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
You have 2–3 years of experience in Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing or a similar commercial role, with a strong passion for e-commerce.
You have experience managing external relationships and are confident communicating with partners and stakeholders across different levels.
You have experience working with affiliate networks and understand how to manage partner activity through a network, including partner onboarding, campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
You can analyse and draw insights from large datasets, with good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and experience producing reports, using formulas, and building pivot tables. Knowledge of Looker is a bonus.
You have a commercial mindset and are comfortable identifying opportunities, evaluating performance, and contributing to partner negotiations.
You are detail-oriented, organised, and collaborative, consistently delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
You are proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
You can clearly communicate updates, recommendations, and initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with key KPIs and commercial goals.
You have a strong understanding of business partnerships, performance marketing, or affiliate ecosystems, including tracking, reporting, and campaign optimisation.
