Parts Counter Representative

Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 75 years of experience servicing the northeastern US. The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers.

Pay:

• $17 - $20 per hour

Qualifications

• Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers
• Shipping and Receiving parts orders
• Stocking shelves
• Lift items weighing up to 75lbs
• Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the show-room area
• Other responsibilities based on experience
• Operate forklift (will train)
• Assist in Parts inventory
• Maintain and develop product knowledge
