Parts to Service - Mancuso Harley Davidson Crossroads

Team Mancuso Powersports is a group of seven high-volume franchised  motorsport dealerships in the Metro Houston area including Harley-Davidson, Indian, Victory and all of the metric brands   We employ  enthusiastic, motivated people in Sales, Service, Parts, and Apparel.  We’re dedicated to guaranteeing our customers receive everything needed to “live the dream” on their new motorcycle, ATV, UTV, Trike or Personal Watercraft.

We are looking for a hard working self-motivated person with a high energy and strong focus with a desire to provide exceptional customer experience to the service department.

Which includes interface with the service technicians by ensuring their needs are being met by taking orders of parts and filling them as quick as possible also recommending related parts which may be required to complete a job. A current and past product knowledge of experience with servicing of powersports and products that are sold by the dealership. Maintaining a cleanliness of the parts department and keeping inventory neatly stacked and orderly. Tracking all pending orders and follows up with the parts manager and the service department. Availability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays and evenings.

Qualifications

• Customer oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Motorcycle license is a plus
