The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pastry Apprentice to join our talented Kitchen Team.

You will receive practical training across various areas of the pastry kitchen, develop essential bakery and pâtisserie skills, and play an important role in helping deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Apprenticeship Eligibility Requirements

The successful candidate should:

Have a genuine passion for pastry, baking, desserts, and hospitality.

  • Be committed to completing a formal apprenticeship programme and all associated training requirements.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a kitchen, bakery, pastry kitchen, or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential if the candidate demonstrates strong potential).
  • Have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence of this.
  • Have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years prior to the start of the apprenticeship, where required for apprenticeship funding eligibility.
