Patent Engineer

Job Description:

• Work closely with R&D engineers for patent mining.
• Draft patent applications, solicit disclosures of inventions and assist inventors in filing timely and accurate disclosures.
• Conduct patent search and analysis, and do industry trend researches
• Provide support in internal and cross-department projects
• Conduct intellectual property training to Engineering personnel
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related Science and Technology or Engineering
• Familiar with patent laws and practices in various jurisdictions including U.S., China and Taiwan is a plus
• Good English communication ability with TOEIC score of 750 or above is required
• Excellent learning skills and passions in technology and intellectual property
• At least 3 year related experience in Patent application and management is preferred
