Patient Contact Specialist

Job Description:

Answers inbound calls and assists customers who may require an appointment or have particular inquires or questions about services Valle del Sol offers. Responsibilities include general clerical and administrative duties and handling incoming referrals from external customers received by phone, email, or fax.

Job Qualifications:

• 21years old; and
• High school diploma/GED
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records Systems.
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Must maintain current BLS certification
• Covid 19 Vaccination or Qualified Exemption (Religious or Medical).
• Experience working with poverty-level families and drug awareness.
• Problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational skills.
