Payment Executive (Loan & Financing)

Process daily payments, collections, and transaction records accurately.

Monitor incoming and outgoing payments to ensure timely processing.

Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies.

Liaise with internal teams regarding payment status and issues.

Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.

Assist in resolving payment-related issues and customer inquiries.

Support reporting and tracking of payment performance.

Fluent in Malay (spoken & written) is preferable.

Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) is an advantage.

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field

1–2 years of experience in payment operations, finance, or admin roles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers.

Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Able to handle sensitive financial data responsibly.

Able to work under pressure and meet daily targets

Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays

Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills
