Main Responsibilities
- Process inward and outward clearing transactions, including clearing returns.
- Handle cheque clearing, CCASS, FINI, direct debit and direct credit activities.
- Perform verification, validation, data entry and reconciliation of clearing items.
- Generate and submit clearing data, image and return files to HKICL.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within HKICL/HKSCC cut-off times.
- Liaise with internal departments and branches on clearing enquiries.
- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
- Support UAT, operational readiness, procedure review and post-implementation activities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive and responsible attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
- Capable of working under pressure
Academic Qualifications
Form 6 (HKDSE pass) or above.
Working Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
Technical / PC Skills
Proficient in general PC applications.
Language
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Others
Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills. Self-motivated with detail mind.
