Responsibilities

Responsible for resignation and termination calculations and related payroll processes,

Coordinating employee offboarding documentation, signatures, and exit procedures,

Managing SGK termination, registration, deregistration, and declaration processes,

Ensuring employee document requests are processed in line with legal requirements,

Managing payroll inputs, including attendance records and employee insurance-related tax deductions,

Following up on consultancy invoices, SGK petitions, and “no outstanding debt” certificates,

Supporting the overall payroll and employee administration processes.

Expected Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other related departments,

1–5 years of experience in payroll, preferably with 1–3 years of relevant experience,

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to work accurately with calculations and payroll data,

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with employees and Business Partners across different teams,

Proactive, agile and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment,

Resilient and comfortable working in high headcount and operationally intensive environments,

Completed military service for male candidates,

Strong cultural fit, team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
