This position is placed at our office in Stockholm where we apply a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. You will be reporting directly to CFO.

Tasks

  • You will own and run our end-to-end payroll process across our markets (Sweden, Germany, France and our fourth market soon to be launched)
  • You will be the main point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and managers
  • You will work closely with Finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
  • You will manage relationships with external payroll providers and authorities
  • You will ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • You will continuously improve and document our payroll processes as we scale
  • You will be responsible of payroll related reporting and statistics
  • Support with other HR/Finance related tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll, ideally in a multi-country setup
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation and tax rules; knowledge of German and/or French payroll is a plus
  • Experience working with payroll systems
  • High attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines
  • Able to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
