SD Worx is expanding its SAP Managed Payroll Services team and is looking for a Payroll Specialist for the Estonian market. If you have experience in payroll outsourcing and enjoy working in an international environment, this is a great opportunity to join a growing Nordic team.

Your role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services for Estonian clients. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, support compliance activities, maintain payroll documentation, and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time.

• Ensure compliance with Estonian payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements.

• Handle complex payroll cases and act as a payroll subject matter expert.

• Support system testing, payroll validations, and process improvements.

• Maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Support and guide colleagues on payroll processes and best practices.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment.

• Strong knowledge of Estonian payroll legislation and payroll administration.

• Experience with SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), or similar payroll systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in Estonian and English.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
