The candidate is responsible to perform end-to-end Replacement of Certificates (ROC) appeal process.

Candidate is expected to perform the appeal process of Renewal of Certificate (ROC) which includes processing ROC appeals submission from agency force which involves compilation of appeals, segmentation of appeals, validation of appeal details and extraction of certificates components. Upon completion of the process, to formulate batch of worksheet of appeal cases for ROC Appeal Committee deliberation and subsequently to the Appointed Actuary for approval. Attend in bound email correspondence from agents, sales team and relevant departments pertaining to ROC matters; which includes updating agents on ROC enquiries, inter-channel business ROC and appeal status updates. Meet the customers’ expectations by providing professional and accurate information in accordance with agreed service standard.

Qualification:

• Degree in any study field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in family takaful environment, possess knowledge of the different takaful products (and their functionalities/technicalities) and operational processes.
• Customer focused with good problem-solving skills, the ability to work with a positive attitude & under pressure.
• Self-motivated, love challenges and working with people.
• Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
