The role
Under the supervision of the Head of Training, the assistant will be responsible for ensuring the interface between Astonfly and all students.

Responsibilities

• Educational and logistical support for students: attendance monitoring, administrative assistance, exam registration, management of financing files, sending of letters (including mailings),

• Student follow-up: educational and disciplinary interviews,

• Accommodation offer management: development and monitoring of partnerships with student residences, in particular,

• Management of equipment and uniforms (ordering, distribution to students).

Requirements
