At The Start Smart, we are rethinking how we work through creating future capabilities in organisations, humans and technologies that don't yet exist. We want humans to perform meaningful work and technology to be the catalyst of the future. We’ve already digitally transformed, it's now time to evolve work.

Part of our People and Experience team, you deeply care about humans performing meaningful and engaging work in our partner organisations. You harness integrated approaches including but not limited to behavioural design, Voice of Employees, data science, and new technologies because you know engagement surveys are just not good enough.

We're calling for first timers to experienced experts, the strategists to implementers, techies and non techies alike.

Housekeeping:

We’re still a small team, so please allow us up to 4 weeks to assess your EOI.

Our roles available start from associates to executives, please don’t hesitate to apply regardless of your position or situation.

As we are still in a pandemic recovery period, we are currently only accepting Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents, we will open our EOI to non Australian/Permanent Residents in the near future please keep an eye out for that role over applying in this one where your application will be automatically rejected.
